Survey WCAT is committed to reconciliation. In the past two years we have worked on changing the way we interact with Indigenous peoples. However, we need to know how we are doing. This survey includes a few quick questions to help us evaluate these new changes. Your input will help us to interact with other Indigenous peoples in the future. You can complete this voluntary survey online by following the information in the cover letter, on paper and mail it back to us, or in a telephone call with your navigator.
